What ?

Initial training is carried out by our engineers and requires a first stay.

The installer is then introduced to our technological concepts. Then, he will gain a perfect understanding of :

All the manufacturing steps of the Techno Metal Post;
Every details of the R2D-Post installation equipment;
Calculations methods to assess the bearing capacity on site during installation

The portion of the practical training allows the future installer to :

Become familiar with the installation equipment and to understand its safe operation;
To carry out the installation of different types of projects;
To acquire on-site knowledge of the Techno Metal Post behaviour in different types of soils.

Furthermore, and especially, he will be introduced to the fundamental elements of the company’s philosophy and of the Techno Metal Post brand, which is :

Our commitment to offer a high quality service to our clientele;
To respect our word in regarding the delay of intervention;
To respect entirely the security factors included in the system;
The firm intention of continuous improvement.

For his first projects of permanent construction, the installer will be accompanied on the site by members of the Techno Metal Post engineering department.
